Abstract
The chapter contains the description of the selected issues of internal market and digital economy from the perspective of Czech Republic. Among the topic for the discussed regulatory frameworks are: electronic Commerce, liability of internet intermediaries, consumer protection in relation to the internet and e-commerce, geo-blocking, collaborative economy, digital media, digital infrastructures and data in the digital economy. The chapter is part of national reporting for the purpose of the XXVIII FIDE Congress, which took place on 23-26 May 2018 in Lisboa.
