Abstract
Over the years, a number of biophysical techniques were developed. At CF BIC facility, we offer a broad range of tools for the biomolecular interaction measurements including ITC, MST, SPR, AUC and BLI. Together with techniques for sample characterization, a detailed description of studied systems is possible.

Během let bylo vyvinuto mnoho biofyzikálních technik. Ve sdílené laboratoři CF BIC disponujeme řadou nástrojů pro měření biofyzikálních interakcí, a to včetně ITC, MST, SPR, AUC a BLI. Spolu s metodami pro charakterizaci vzorku tak umožňujeme detailní popis studovaných systémů.
