Abstract

Učebnice Ekonomické základy práva je skvělým propojením základních informací z oblasti práva a ekonomie. Už v úvodu je vysvětlen dlouhodobý vztah, který mezi oběma odvětvími panuje a zároveň důležitost, proč by studenti těchto oborů měli ovládat aspoň základy oboru druhého. Jedná se o nastínění nejdůležitějších oblastí právních základů podnikání s ekonomickými přesahy. Na učebnici se můžeme také dívat jako na průvodce, co potřebuje podnikatel znát pro své podnikání z ekonomických oblastí vyskytujících se v právním zakotvení různých aspektů podnikání.

Abstract (in English)

The textbook Economic Fundamentals of Law is a great combination of basic information from the field of law and economics. Already in the introduction is explained the long-term relationship that exists between the two branches and at the same time the importance of why students of these fields should master at least the basics of the other discipline. It is an outline of the most important areas of the legal bases of business with economic overlaps. We can also look at the textbook as a guide to what an entrepreneur needs to know for his business from the economic areas found in the legal grounding of various aspects of business.
