This is a chapter in an edited monograph on institutions of constitutional adjudication. It provides a complex look on the history and current position of the Czech Constitutional Court. It describes and analyzes the competences, internal structure and procedures of the Czech Constitutional Court. Moreover, it examines the position of the Czech Constitutional Court in the Czech constitutional system and its relations to both domestic and international actors.
