Abstract
Cílem studie je analyzovat aktuální stav legislativy, praxe a institucionální připravenosti a navrhnout vhodný institucionální model model pro vznik a akreditaci subjektu, který bude vyvíjet činnost tzv. conformity assessment body (CAB) tak, aby se CAB stal součástí nového evropského bezpečnostního certifikačního systému a prováděl certifikace, které souvisí s nařízením EU (Cybersecurity Act, Akt).
Abstract (in English)
The aim of the study is to analyze the current state of legislation, practice and institutional preparedness and to propose an appropriate institutional model for the establishment and accreditation of a body that will perform the activities of cybersecurity conformity assessment body (CAB) so that CAB becomes part of the new EU cybersecurity certification framework introduced in the EU regulation Cybersecurity Act.
