Abstract
In this study, novelty of two Bacteroides species was clearly proved. These two fastidious species were thoroughly described in order to characterize their unique properties. ANI values showing less than 95% genomes similarities as required for species delineation definitely confirmed two novel species for which the names Bacteroides pullorum (AN421T ) and Bacteroides brunensis (AN20T ) are proposed.
