Abstract

V originále

Study question: Is it possible to use cell-free mRNA (cfs-mRNA) in seminal plasma as a diagnostic biomarker of obstruction in azoospermic patients? Summary answer: Our results showed that the seminal plasma samples from non-obstructive azoospermic donors differed significantly in contents of cell-free mRNA when compared to obstructive azoospermic men.
