Abstract

Chronické neinfekční choroby („civilizační nemoci“) zahrnují skupinu onemocnění, jejichž vznik a rozšíření ovlivňuje nesprávný životní styl člověka. Onemocnění, jako infarkt, cévní mozkové příhody nebo nádorová onemocnění, nejvíce postihují moderní civilizace a jsou na prvních místech v příčinách úmrtí ve vyspělých zemích, tedy i v České republice. Prevence těchto nemocí spadá již do dětského věku a metodické materiály „My se raka nebojíme aneb prevencí ke zdraví“ a „Rozhodni se aneb životním stylem ke zdraví“ si kladou za cíl přispět k prevenci těchto závažných, ale prevencí dobře ovlivnitelných chorob. Doufáme, že pro vás budou prvním krokem nebo inspirací k výuce prevence chronických neinfekčních chorob! Metodické materiály vznikly díky finančnímu daru neziskové organizace Liga proti rakovině Praha. „Rozhodni se pro zdraví“ je portál, na kterém jsou oba metodické materiály prezentovány. Portál je určen učitelům ZŠ a SŠ a také dalším zájemcům (studentům oboru výchova ke zdraví, VŠ pedagogům). Zájemci na jednom místě odkazy ke stažení metodik a 20 výukových prezentací, které jsou volně k dispozici.

Abstract (in English)

Chronic non-communicable diseases include a group of diseases whose origin and spread affect a person's poor lifestyle. Diseases, such as heart attacks, strokes or cancers, are most affected by modern civilizations and are the leading causes of death in developed countries, including the Czech Republic. The prevention of these diseases dates back to childhood and the methodological materials "We are not afraid of cancer or prevention of health" and "Decide or lifestyle for health" aim to contribute to the prevention of these serious but well-preventable diseases. We hope that they will be the first step or inspiration for you to teach the prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases! The methodological materials were created thanks to a financial donation from the non-profit organization League Against Cancer in Prague. "Decide for health" is a portal on which both methodological materials are presented. The portal is intended for primary and secondary school teachers as well as other interested parties (students in the field of health education, university teachers). Interested parties have in one place links to download methodologies and 20 educational presentations that are freely available.
