Abstract

Etnografická studie se zaměřuje na způsoby, kterými studenti učitelství pracují na své praxi s žákovskou diverzitou. Diverzitu chápeme ze sociologické (jako konstruování rozdílů mezi žáky), stejně jako i pedagogické perspektivy (jako respektování individuálních vzdělávacích potřeb). Datový korpus tvoří terénní poznámky z 20 hodin 4 studentů učitelství z jejich výuky na praxi na druhém stupni 2 základních škol a jejich videozáznamy, 20 příprav na hodinu, terénní poznámky z 20 rozhovorů mezi studenty a mentory po pozorované výuce a jejich přepisy, 12 reflektivních deníků a 7 rozhovorů se studenty učitelství a jejich mentory. Výsledky ukazují, jak jsou studenti učitelství socializováni do chápání rozdílů mezi žáky a jak jsou mentorováni mentory reagovat na sociokulturní specifika žáků, speciální vzdělávací potřeby a další individuální vzdělávací potřeby. Tento příspěvek vznikl s podporou Grantové agentury České republiky (GA19-06763S, Etnografie diverzity v pregraduální přípravě učitelů).

Abstract (in English)

The ethnographical study focuses on how student-teachers work with student diversity on their teaching practice. We understand student diversity from the sociological (as construction of differences among pupils) as well as educational point of view (as respect towards individual educational needs). Data corpus consists of field notes from 20 lessons of 4 student teachers on their teaching practice at 2 lower secondary schools, their video recordings, 20 lessons preparations, field notes from 20 reflections with mentor teachers and their transcripts, 12 reflective diaries, and 7 interviews with student teachers and mentor teachers. The findings show how student teachers are socialised into construction of students' diversity, how they are mentored by teachers to respond to students' sociocultural differences, SEN, disabilities, and other individual learning needs. The paper was founded by the Czech Science Foundation (GA19-06763S Ethnography of Diversity in Pre-Service Teacher Education).
