Abstract

Nejeden právník si láme hlavu nad otázkami, které souvisí s opatřeními proti šíření covidu-19. Odborníci na nájemní, pracovní a spotřebitelské právo přiložili ruku k dílu, aby přinesli odpovědi na nejčastější z nich. Věděli jste, co dělat, když se nájemce snaží využít situace, aby nemusel platit nájemné? Jaká práva a povinnosti se pojí s výkonem práce na home office a je možné nařídit zaměstnanci nošení roušek na pracovišti? Co je to lex voucher a může stanovit zákazníkům povinnost přijmout za zrušený zájezd poukaz místo peněz? Nejenom na tyto otázky reaguje srozumitelným a jednoduchým způsobem publikace Covid-19 v soukromém právu.

Abstract (in English)

More than one lawyer is wondering about issues related to measures against the spread of covid-19. Experts in rental law, labor law and consumer law have put their hand to work to answer the most common ones. Did you know what to do when a tenant tries to take advantage of a situation so that he does not have to pay rent? What rights and obligations are associated with the performance of work in the home office and is it possible to order employees to wear masks in the workplace? What is a lex voucher and can it oblige customers to accept a voucher instead of money for a canceled trip? Covid-19 publication answers more than these questions in a comprehensible and simple way in private law.
