Abstract
Study question: Is it possible to increase the suitability of in vitro culture system for long-term granulosa cells cultivation using three dimensional (3D) culture with hydrocellulose GrowDex? Summary answer: Using of 3D long-term culture system with GrowDex resulted in increasing of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 and decreasing of pro-apoptotic Bax factors in porcine granulosa cells
