Abstract

Doporučené postupy shrnují a hodnotí důkazy dostupné v době jejich vytváření s cílem pomoci lékařům vybrat nejlepší strategii léčby pro individuálního pacienta s daným onemocněním. Jako takové by měly pomoci lékařům při rozhodování v jejich každodenní praxi. Konečné rozhodnutí o léčbě jednotlivých pacientů však musí učinit odpovědní zdravotníci spolu s pacientem.

Abstract (in English)

Best practices summarize and evaluate the evidence available at the time of their creation to help physicians choose the best treatment strategy for the individual patient with the given disease. As such, they should help doctors in decision making in their daily practice. However, the final decision on the treatment of individual patients must be made by the responsible healthcare professionals together with the patient.
