Třetí ročník konference Sociální inovace v knihovnách uzavírá tříletý projekt, díky kterému byly hledány možnosti, jak v knihovnách tvořit komunitní služby a služby se sociálním přesahem. Konference volně navazuje na dekádu dlouhou tradici konferencí na KISKu (Katedře informačních studií a knihovnictví FF MU v Brně), věnovaných managementu, designu služeb, marketingu a komunitám.

The third year of the conference Social Innovation in Libraries concludes a three-year project, thanks to which opportunities were sought for creating community services and services with social overlap in libraries. The conference is a loose continuation of the decade-long tradition of conferences at KISK (Department of Information Studies and Librarianship, Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University in Brno), dedicated to management, service design, marketing and communities.
