N2 - Classification of dental problems is sometimes problematic in Antarctica because of missing information due to unsufficient examination protocol. However, six major dental problems, such as 1) Abscess, 2) Avulsion/Tooth Loss, 3) Carries, 4) Crown Replacement, 5) Exposed Pulp/Pulpitis, and 6) Filling Replacement were identified. For the Czech Antarctic Program, available data from the period of 2007-2018 were gathered and dental cases description done. Since the number of crew people was rather low, the incidence of the dental cases was not calculated. However, treatment is reported for major cases. Number of crew members taking part in the Czech Antarctic expeditions to James Ross Island varied between 12 to 22 in particular austral summer seasons. In the period of 2007-2018, the following cases are reported: (1) fracture of the upper central right incisor, (2) loosing of permanent filling from the first lower right mollar, (3) nonspecific pain in a jaw, (4) loosing of upper central left incisor abutment and crown from dental implant.
