Abstract

Příspěvek shrnul historické okolnosti světové premiéry hry Karla Čapka R.U.R., která v roce 2020 slavila 100 let od knižního vydání. Kromě oficiální premiéry v Národním divadle v Praze byly představeny i další inscenace se zaměřením na období 1921 až 1924.

Abstract (in English)

The article summarized the historical circumstances of the world premiere of Karel Čapek's play R.U.R., which in 2020 celebrated 100 years since the book was published. In addition to the official premiere at the National Theater in Prague, other productions were presented focusing on the period 1921 to 1924.
