Abstract
This presentation is concerned with one of the outputs of the LangSkills project (2017-1-CZ01-KA203-035609) and aims to present the e-learning course to the interested public. The course, developed to provide Deaf, deaf and hard of hearing students with an accessible English language course, represents an opportunity for the students with hearing loss to improve their English language skills with a focus on the academic environment and to simulate the experience of going to study at a foreign university. After taking a look at the needs analysis, introducing the beliefs behind the design of this course and explaining the unit structure, several practical examples of different activities and approaches are provided. Attention is also paid to the way assessment is provided in the course and the importance of continuous teacher feedback.
