Abstract

Již IX. ročník koncertů Dne Hudby v podání Brno Contemporary Orchestra představí diváků zbrusu nový program s podtitulem Peníze. Peníze jsou tím, co nás spojuje i rozděluje, jsou naším hlavním nástrojem směny. Zní to hrůzostrašně, ale díky penězům si mezi sebou můžeme snadno vyměňovat různé zboží, platit za služby i za zbytečnosti, a vypadá to, že všichni to tak chceme. Peníze navíc generují různé hodnoty, nejčastěji však stačí, když rozmnožují sebe sama. Všichni tak nějak tušíme, že prachy kazí charakter a že štěstí si za prachy nekoupíš, ale přesto, bez peněz je i to případné štěstí nějaké chudobné. Koncert v přepychovém a exkluzivním hlavním obytném prostoru ve vily Tugendhat, Vám nabídne různé pohledy na hodnotu, nehodnotu, smysl i nesmysl peněz. Celý koncept večera je postaven na textech mladého básníka Pavla Zajíce, který věnoval svoji sbírku poezie korporátní kultuře peněz. Texty, v autorské interpretaci, zazní v konfrontaci s bohatou hudbou angažovaných odbojářských skladatelů.

Abstract (in English)

Already IX. The year of the Music Day concerts performed by the Brno Contemporary Orchestra will present the audience with a brand new program with the subtitle Money. Money is what unites and divides us, it is our main tool of exchange. It sounds scary, but thanks to money, we can easily exchange different goods with each other, pay for services and useless things, and it seems that we all want it that way. In addition, money generates different values, but most often it is enough to reproduce themselves. We all somehow suspect that money spoils the character and that you can't buy happiness for money, but still, without money, even that possible happiness is poor. The concert in the luxurious and exclusive main living space in Villa Tugendhat will offer you various views on the value, worth, meaning and nonsense of money. The whole concept of the evening is based on the texts of the young poet Pavel Zajíc, who dedicated his collection of poetry to the corporate culture of money. The lyrics, in the author's interpretation, will be heard in confrontation with the rich music of engaged resistance resistance composers.
