Abstract

W opracowaniu omówiono działalność regionalnych izb obrachunkowych i Krajowej Rady Regionalnych Izb Obrachunkowych w 2019 r. Tekst powstał na podstawie pierwszej części „Sprawozdania z działalności regionalnych izb obrachunkowych i wykonania budżetu przez jednostki samorządu terytorialnego w 2019 roku”, które w czerwcu 2020 r. zostało przedłożone Sejmowi i Senatowi Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

Abstract (in English)

The article discusses the activities of the regional chambers of audit and the National Council of the Regional Chambers of Audit in 2019. The text was based on the first part of the ‘Report on the activities of the regional chambers of audit and the achievement of the budget by local authority units in 2019, which was submitted to the Sejm and the Senate of the Republic of Poland in June 2020.
