Abstract
La contribution a porté sur les résultats de l’analyse qualitative de recherche doctorale sur les différences interculturelles dans le français des affaires. L’échantillon de la recherche était formé par des étudiants de la Faculté d’Économie et d’Administration de l’Université Masaryk qui, dans le cadre de leurs études de Master franco-tcheque d’Administration publique, ont effectué un stage professionnel de deux mois dans une institution d’administration publique française, mais aussi les maîtres de stage. Les données ont été collectées en automne 2019 grâce a une série d’entretiens semi-directifs et des rapports finaux, il a été analysé le contenu de stage, les situations problématiques et les besoins de développement de la compétence interculturelle.
Abstract (in English)
The contribution presented the results of a qualitative analysis of a PhD research on intercultural differences in Business French. The research sample was composed not only by the students of the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University during their studies of French-Czech Public Administration Master program, who spent their two-months internships in various institutions of French public administration, but also by their French supervisors. The data was collected in Autumn of 2019 thanks to series of semi-structured interviews with the Czech students, their French supervisors and students‘ final reports which enabled a detailed analysis of the internships contents, communication situations and identification of problematic situations and needs of intercultural competence development.
