Abstract
This article is a commented summary of an empirical study published by Ladmanová, Řiháček, and Roubal (2020). The study presents a longitudinal research on helpful and hindering events in an integrative psychotherapy training which arrived at five domains of trainee experience, namely Trainees’ personal self-awareness, Trainees’ professional self-awareness, Training group, Trainers, and Training content. In the present article, we comment on each of these domains and derive practical implications for training.
