Dekubitální léze na patách jsou závažným problémem, u nějž je nutno uplatnit specifická preventivní opatření. Mezi nimi hrají významnou roli ošetřovatelské intervence založených na klinických důkazech. Intervence by měly být plnánovány a realizovány s ohledem na individuální riziko vzniku dekubitů včetně posouzení významných klinických rizikových faktorů. Zmíněny budou závěry mezinárodních studií zaměřených na prevencidekubitálních lézí na patách a efektivní strategie pro jejich prevenci.

Pressure ulcers on the heels are a serious problem for which specific preventive measures must be applied. Among them, nursing interventions based on clinical evidence play an important role. Interventions should be implemented and implemented with regard to the individual risk of pressure ulcers, including the assessment of significant clinical risk factors. The conclusions of international studies focused on the prevention of heel lesions and effective strategies for their prevention will be mentioned.
