Abstract
Im Beitrag wird das didaktische Potenzial einer multiperspektivischen Arbeit mit Erinnerungsorten (lieux de mémoire) im Fremdsprachenunterricht diskutiert, indem das Konzept der Sprachlandschaften in die Unterrichtsgestaltung einbezogen wird. Dadurch wird es möglich, bisher wenig beachtete städtische Räume als außerschulische Lernorte zu erfassen. Ein solches Unterrichtsdesign kann wichtige Postulate des kulturbezogenen, projektorientierten und entdeckungsorientierten Lernens von Fremdsprachen berücksichtigen.

Im Beitrag wird das didaktische Potenzial einer multiperspektivischen Arbeit mit Erinnerungsorten (lieux de mémoire) im Fremdsprachenunterricht diskutiert, indem das Konzept der Sprachlandschaften in die Unterrichtsgestaltung einbezogen wird. Dadurch wird es möglich, bisher wenig beachtete städtische Räume als außerschulische Lernorte zu erfassen. Ein solches Unterrichtsdesign kann wichtige Postulate des kulturbezogenen, projektorientierten und entdeckungsorientierten Lernens von Fremdsprachen berücksichtigen.

Abstract (in English)
In this paper, the didactic potential of a multi-perspective work with sites of memory (lieux de mémoire) in the classes of German as a foreign language is discussed, by means of including the concept of linguistic landscapes in the lesson design. Thereby, it is made possible to grasp previously little considered urban spaces as extracurricular learning places. Such a lesson design can accommodate important postulates of culture-related, project-oriented and discovery learning of foreign languages.
