Abstract

Příspěvek představuje výsledky testování žáků 4., 6. a 8. ročníku základní školy, které se zaměřovalo na vytváření geometrických pojmů a jejich představ. Článek poukazuje na to , jak se v průběhu základní školy u žáků vytváří miskoncepce o čtverci, trojúhelníku a kruhu. Žákům byl zadán test, ve kterém bylo úkolem rozhodnout, zda daný tvar reprezentuje určitý geometrický pojem a slovně popsat důvod výběru. Odpovědi žáků byly analyzovány a jsou stručně představeny v tomto příspěvku. V závěru jsou uvedena doporučení, která mohou žákům pomoci képe utvářet představy o geometrických pojmech.

Abstract (in English)

The paper presents some results of testing pupils from the 4th, 6th and 8th grade of elementary school focused on concept development and their images about geometric concepts. It examines how misconceptions about the concepts of square, triangle and circle develop during elementary school. The pupils were given a test in which they were asked to decide whether or not the shape is a representative of the term and to comment verbally on why they made such a decision. Their responses were analysed and are briefly presented in this paper. In conclusion, there is a recommendation that can help pupils to better shape their ideas about geometric concepts.
