Abstract

Výzkumná zpráva poskytuje analýzu stávajících unijních a národních výzkumných a pilotních iniciativ v oblasti chytrého měření, popis legislativního a regulatorního rámce, vývoj roll-outu chytrého měření v rámci EU a určení očekávaného rámce nasazení chytrého měření v ČR. Následně jsou identifikány a rozebrány use-cases využití chytrého měření s důrazem na perspektivu regulátora.

Abstract (in English)

The research report provides an analysis of existing EU and national research and pilot initiatives in the field of smart metering, a description of the legislative and regulatory framework, the development of a smart metering roll-out within the EU and the expected framework for smart metering in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, use-cases for smart metering are identified and analyzed with emphasis on the perspective of the controller.
