Abstract
The chapter „Evaluation of size, shape and surface of particles“ in the book „Modern Instrumental Methods in Solid Dosage Form Analysis“ is focused on the description of analytical methods, which can be used to determine various particle parameters in terms of their size, shape and surface. These characteristics can, in many cases, significantly affect the physicochemical, mechanical and biopharmaceutical features of medical products.
