Abstract

Cílem aktuálně řešeného projektu Post-socialistická transformace základních škol: procesy, příběhy, dilemata (GAČR, č. 20-11275S) je pochopení procesů změn vzdělávacího systému po roce 1989 v širších souvislostech a zachycení dopadů reforem školství na každodenní život základních škol. Pilířem výzkumu je tudíž archivní výzkum, ale zejména realizace orálně historických rozhovorů s učiteli i řediteli základních škol. Stěžejní výzvou je proto volba takových metodologických postupů, které umožní zaznamenat změny v běžném životě škol – např. v metodách výuky, materiálním zabezpečení a řízení škol či aplikací instrukcí nadřízených orgánů. V příspěvku budou představeny strategie vedení rozhovorů v rámci řešení aktuálního projektu a nastíněna specifika, která přinesla realizace výzkumu v období obtížné epidemiologické situace.

Abstract (in English)

Our project aims to understand processes of educational system changes after the year 1989 in the broader context and cover changes in primary schools' everyday life. The pillar of the project is archive research and conducting oral history interviews with teachers and principals. The general task is to choose methodological approaches, which will allow to evidence changes in everyday life – e.g., in teaching methods, material equipment of schools and school leading or application of instructions of superior authorities. The paper presents strategies of interviewing and specifics of realizing the research during the pandemic.
