Abstract

Referát, odkazující k dějinám české historiografie 70.-90. let 20. století, se věnuje definici tzv. manýrismu v díle historika Josefa Války. Ukazuje, že Válka se pokoušel o široce pojatou kulturněhistorickou koncepci této epochy, pokládané za přechodovou, dynamickou fázi mezi dobou předbělohorskou a barokem.

Abstract (in English)

The paper, referring to the history of the 1970s-1990s Czech historiography, was dedicated to the definition of the so-called Mannerism in the works of historian Josef Válka. It argues that Válka attempted a broadly conceived cultural-historical conception of the period, envisaged as a transitory, dynamic phase between the pre-White Mountain time on the one hand and the Baroque on the other.
