Abstract

Žánr detektivky je mezi českými čtenáři dlouhodobě velmi oblíbený. Přestože se žádný český autor v této oblasti neprosadil v širším mezinárodním povědomí, detektivky vznikaly v českých zemích již od 19. století. V článku je stručně představen jak historický vývoj detektivního žánru v české literatuře, tak jeho nejzajímavější autoři jako Karel Čapek, Emil Vachek, Eduard Fiker, Josef Škvorecký a současní autoři tohoto žánru.

Abstract (in English)

The detective genre has been very popular for a long time among Czech readers. Despite the fact that no Czech author has become successful in a wider internatioanl awareness in this area, detective stories have been written int the Czec lands since the 19th century. This paper there is be briefly introduced both the historical developement of the detective genre in Czech literature and its most interesting authors as Karel Čapek, Emil Vachek, Eduard Fiker, Josef Škvorecký and contemporary authors of this genre.
