Abstract

V originále

Somatic cells can be reprogrammed by the Yamanaka factors Oct4, Sox2, Myc and Klf4 into pluripotent stem cells. Previously, we have identified the activation domain 9aaTAD in the related SP, KLF and SOX activators. In this study, we searched for the 9aaTAD domains in Yamanaka factors, which are activators of transcription.
