Abstract
Výukový materiál vychází z nejnovějších poznatků a aktuálních trendů v oblasti cvičení Body and Mind. Teoretická část pojednává o endokrinní a rozmnožovací soustavě a o konkrétních poruchách a obtížích, jež hormonální jóga může ovlivňovat. Praktická část nabízí zásobník dechových technik, ásan, relaxačních a meditačních technik, jejichž praktikování může přispívat k harmonizaci hormonálních hladin lidského těla.
Abstract (in English)
The created educational material introducing the topic of Hormonal Yoga is based on actual trends and the latest information in the field of Body and Mind. The theoretical part deals with the endocrine and reproductive systems and selected disorders and difficulties, which Hormonal Yoga can influence. The practical part introduces a set of breathing techniques, asans, relaxation and meditation techniques whose application can support to harmonize hormonal levels in a human body.
