Abstract

Prezentace představuje zásady kybernetické bezpečnosti a dopady jaké má zákon o kybernetické bezpečnosti pro obce a další subjekty, které nejsou povinnými osobami. Dále se zaměřuje specificky na novou regulaci cloud computingu a povinnosti, které z ní budou vyplývat pro orgány veřejné moci.

Abstract (in English)

The presentation presents the principles of cyber security and the implications of the Cyber Security Act for municipalities and other entities that are not liable persons. It also focuses specifically on the new regulation of cloud computing and the obligations that will result for public authorities.
