Abstract

Nařízení Řím I a Nařízení Řím II lze považovat za univerzální úpravu, která se použije téměř vždy na závazky s mezinárodním prvkem v členských státech Evropské unie a tím pádem se jedná o povinnou výbavu pro všechny, kdo přichází do styku s mezinárodními závazky, nebo se o danou problematiku více zajímají.

Abstract (in English)

The Rome I Regulation and the Rome II Regulation can be considered a universal regulation, which is almost always applied to obligations with an international element in the member states of the European Union, and thus it is mandatory equipment for everyone who comes into contact with international obligations, or they are more interested in the issue.
