Anotace

Im Aufsatz wird ein weniger bekannter Tätigkeitsbereich des österreichischen Schriftstellers Ernst Jandls thematisiert, nämlich die literarische Übersetzung. Jandls konkretes Übersetzungswerk wird analysiert: Robert Creeleys Roman "The Island" ("Die Insel", 1987).
