Abstract

Předložení Roční zprávy o průběhu klinického hodnocení SIOP Ependymoma II za období 14. 10. 2020 až 14. 10. 2021. SIOP Ependymoma II je mezinárodní klinický program pro diagnostiku a léčbu dětí, dospívajících a mladých dospělých s ependymomem. SÚKL udělil povolení pro KH dne 23. 2. 2017 a celosvětově bylo do studie zařazeno celkem 614 pacientů (údaje k 9.11.2021). Klinické hodnocení probíhá v České republice ve FN Brno (dosud zařazeno 8 pacientů) a ve FN Motole v Praze (dosud zařazeni 2 pacienti). Novou verzi protokolu ke klinickému hodnocení (verze 3.1.) schválil SÚKL dne 1.10.2020. Za uvedené období, ke kterému se roční zpráva vztahuje bylo hlášeno celkem 7 SAE a odchylky od protokolu nebyly zjištěny.

Abstract (in English)

Submission of the Annual Report on the course of the clinical trial of SIOP Ependymoma II for the period from 14 October 2020 to 14 October 2021. SIOP Ependymoma II is an international clinical program for the diagnosis and treatment of children, adolescents and young adults with ependymoma. SÚKL granted a permit for KH on 23 February 2017, and a total of 614 patients were included in the study worldwide (data from 9 November 2021). The clinical trial is taking place in the Czech Republic at The University Hospital Brno (8 patients so far) and at the Motol University Hospital in Prague (2 patients included so far). The new version of the protocol for clinical trials (version 3.1.) was approved by SÚKL on 1 October 2020.
