Abstract
The chapter outlines main findings from the book concerning participatory budgeting which represents a special instrument of alternative service delivery arrangements through which citizens may decide on allocation of public funds. The practice is also determined by a framework applied to participatory budgeting in individual countries. The chapter outlines existing models, their similarities and differences. It also suggests point for existing theory and practices.
