Abstract
Voda vždy představovala živel s vlastností ničit i povznášet města a celé říše.
Abstract (in English)
Water has always been an element with the ability to destroy and elevate cities and entire empires. Wars were fought over quality sources of life-giving fluid, and its shortage had to be solved. Roman cities with tens of thousands of inhabitants also had to deal with water shortages, but Rome always managed to cope.
