Abstract
This conference presentation is aimed at answering the question: "How to strengthen the resilience of social workers?" It will include a presentation of research on the resilience of social workers in the Czech Republic. First, we focus on the display of strategies for developing resilience in social workers. We will be based on the key characteristics of resilience, as described in the numerous literature. We assume that resilience strategies should include three basic principles: Strength-based orientation, socio-ecological approach and that they should reflect the importance of “ordinary magic”. We will introduce these principles in more detail.
