Abstract

V originále

This contribution reports on HiPIMS driven deposition of different X2BC systems covering systems with low as well as higher negative formation enthalpies. Coatings prepared at ambient temperature as well as those prepared elevated temperatures > 700 °C will be compared. The correlation between the deposition parameters‚ the structure of the coatings and their mechanical properties will be shown.
