Abstract
This lecture was presented as part of Professor Michael LaBelle's course "Energy Markets Lab" at Central European University. The lecture presented an overview of key issues in the theory and policy of energy poverty, including preliminary results of a systematic literature review of energy poverty theories and approaches.
