Abstract
This work describes generation of atomistic models of amorphous W-B-C materials, determination of bond fractions of W-X bond types (X=W,B,C), and their comparison with experimental results. That comparison indicates partial crystallinity at nanoscale and possible segregation of elements on the grain bounadies in W-B-C materials of specific compositions.
