With everyday use of technologies, the range of tasks or outputs which our students produce broadens every year. In the presentation I shared my experience with creating podcasts in courses of Legal English; however, the observations and tips might inspire any ESP course. I described two scenarios: podcasts which resulted from the co-operation of Czech and Hungarian law students and podcasts created within a legal English course for Erasmus students. In each case, I described the teaching situation, the range of support provided, the platform used and the lessons learnt. Even though I had used podcasts in teaching, in a certain way, for several years, this semester was the first one in which student produced podcasts constituted one of the main outputs. The task of publishing podcasts became, therefore, rather a complex one. Comparing the two scenarios enabled me to identify important elements which were required for completing the task and to analyse advantages and drawback of various approaches. In the presentation, I summarized the feedback and evaluation from students´ as well as teacher´s perspectives.
