Abstract

Příspěvek se zabývá otázkou odpovědnostních vztahů za klimatické změny, a to výhradně z pohledu odpovědnosti státu – v příspěvku zejména České republiky jako členského státu Evropské unie. Cílem příspěvku je zejména provést analýzu současného stavu odpovědnosti státu ve vztahu k adaptaci na klimatické změny planety Země a zhodnotit, jestli je současný stav udržitelný či nikoliv.

Abstract (in English)

Conference paper deals with the issue of liability relations for climate change from the perspective of state liability – in the article, particularly the Czech Republic as a member state of the European Union. This article aims mainly to analyze the current status on state liability in relation to adaptation to climate change on the Earth and to assess whether the current situation is sustainable or not.
