Abstract
Screeningová metoda vznikla v rámci projektu TAČR – Zéta s názvem Vytvoření mobilní aplikace pro screening a diagnostiku únavy u mladých sportovců (TJ02000022) v letech 2019 – 2021. A zahrnuje metody monitoring zatížení a stavu wellness (Guigan, 2016, McFarland, 2014, Curtis, 2017, Gabbett et. al, 2016). Vyzdvihnout bychom také měli zařazení problematiky energetické dostupnosti (Loucks et.al., 2011, Barrack et. al., 2013), resp. relativní energetické nedostatečnosti (Mountjoy et al., 2018).
Abstract (in English)
The screening method was created within the TAČR - Zéta project entitled Creation of a mobile application for screening and diagnosis of fatigue in young athletes (TJ02000022) in the years 2019 - 2021. This method is designed for young athletes and individual parts were verified for athletes aged 12-15. years in sports: cycling, football, ice hockey, swimming, gymnastics, synchronized swimming. In addition to its own measurements, the described method is based on the latest research findings focused on the diagnosis of overtraining (Kreher, 2016, Kellmann, 2010, Lemyre et al., 2007, Filaire et al., 2012). The method is also based on practical recommendations for adult athletes (Meusen et al., 2012, Kreher, Schwartz, 2012, Lembert, Borresen, 2006, Haller et al., 2018). And includes methods for monitoring the load and state of wellness (Guigan, 2016, McFarland, 2014, Curtis, 2017, Gabbett et al., 2016). We should also highlight the inclusion of energy accessibility issues (Loucks et.al., 2011, Barrack et al., 2013), resp. relative energy deficiency (Mountjoy et al., 2018).
