本発明は、大腸癌の診断方法および予後の予測方法に関する。この方法では、piRNA−hsa−5937(配列:TCCCTGGTGGTCTAGTGGTTAGGATTCGGCA(配列番号1))と、miR−23a−3p(配列:AUCACAUUGCCAGGGAUUUCC(配列番号3))、miR−27a−3p(配列:UUCACAGUGGCUAAGUUCCGC(配列番号4))、および、miR−142−5p(配列:CAUAAAGUAGAAAGCACUACU(配列番号5))から選択される1つ以上のmiRNAとを組合せて、バイオマーカーとして使用する。結果として得られる方法は、体液を入力とする。したがって、この方法は、非侵襲的であり、疾患の最初期のステージであっても感度および特異度が高く、費用対効果も高い。

The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing colorectal cancer and a method for predicting prognosis. In this method, piRNA-hsa-5937 (sequence: TCCCTGGTGGTCTAGTGGTTAGGATTCGGCA (SEQ ID NO: 1)), miR-23a-3p (sequence: AUCACAUUGCCAGGGAUUUCC (SEQ ID NO: 3)), miR-27a-3p (sequence: UUCACAGUGGCUAAGUUCCGC (SEQ ID NO: 4)). )) And one or more miRNAs selected from miR-142-5p (SEQ ID NO: CAUAAAGUAGAAAGCACUACU (SEQ ID NO: 5)) are used as biomarkers. The resulting method uses body fluid as input. Therefore, this method is non-invasive, has high sensitivity and specificity even in the earliest stages of the disease, and is cost-effective.
