The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing colorectal cancer and a method for predicting prognosis. In this method, piRNA-hsa-5937 (sequence: TCCCTGGTGGTCTAGTGGTTAGGATTCGGCA (SEQ ID NO: 1)), miR-23a-3p (sequence: AUCACAUUGCCAGGGAUUUCC (SEQ ID NO: 3)), miR-27a-3p (sequence: UUCACAGUGGCUAAGUUCCGC (SEQ ID NO: 4)). )) And one or more miRNAs selected from miR-142-5p (SEQ ID NO: CAUAAAGUAGAAAGCACUACU (SEQ ID NO: 5)) are used as biomarkers. The resulting method uses body fluid as input. Therefore, this method is non-invasive, has high sensitivity and specificity even in the earliest stages of the disease, and is cost-effective.
