Zkoumá obsah a mechanismy judikatury maďarského Ústavního soudu týkající se přednosti evropského práva a zabývá se "nolens-volens argumentací" Spolkového ústavního soudu jako taktikou náchylnou ke zneužití podle modifikovaného Dürrenmattova citátu "naše myšlenky jsou výbušniny".

Explores the content and mechanisms of the case law of the Hungarian Constitutional Court on the primacy of European law and deals with the "nolens-volens argumentation" of the Federal Constitutional Court as an abuse-prone tact under the modified Dürrenmatt quote "our thoughts are explosives"
