Modern societies development has a digital framework. While war there are new challanges related to cybercrimes, manipulations with the application of AI, big data in social media, informational preassure and propaganda. All this influences on labour productivity. Thus special attention need to be payed for forming high educated communities, teams forming, critical digital literacy development and platform creation.
