Abstract

Dech jako jedna ze základních tělesných funkcí udržujících zdraví a život člověka se v průběhu našeho worskhopu stane námětem velkoplošné grafiky. Cílem projektu je intenzivní prožitek rytmu dýchání, následné vyvolání obrazu procesu dýchání v imaginaci a zachycení “grafiky” dechu na desetimetrové pruhy papíru a textilií. Terapeutický efekt této etudy spočívá v uvolnění, koncentraci a transformaci psychického napětí do symbolizace v podobě grafického obrazu. Na závěr workshop bude uskutečněna improvizovaná kompozice ze vzniklých grafik v prostoru, která bude sdílená jako kolektivní dílo.

Abstract (in English)

Breath as one of the basic bodily functions that maintain human health and life will become the subject of large-scale graphics during our workshop. The aim of the project is an intense experience of the rhythm of breathing, the subsequent development of an image of the breathing process in the imagination and the capture of "graphics" of the breath on ten-meter strips of paper and textiles. The therapeutic effect of this etude consists in the release, concentration and transformation of mental tension into symbolization in the form of a graphic image. At the end of the workshop, there will be an improvised composition of the created graphics in the space, which will be shared as a collective work.
