Abstract
Two nuclear magnetic resonance techniques were used to examine and assess brain metabolic state in the olfactory-bulbectomised rat model of depression and sham-operated controls. Moreover, the left and right sides of bilateral brain regions were compared within the two examined groups.

Dve techniky nukleárnej magnetickej rezonancie sa použili na skúmanie a hodnotenie metabolického stavu mozgu v modeli depresie potkanov s čuchovou bulbektómiou a falošne ovládaných kontrol. Okrem toho sa v rámci dvoch skúmaných skupín porovnávala ľavá a pravá strana bilaterálnych oblastí mozgu.
