Abstract

Příspěvek je věnován snahám knížete Karla z Lichtenštejna získat Pardubice. Zdánlivě regionální kauza z let 1608 až 1614 je úzce spjatá s nejvýznamnějšími politickými událostmi habsburského soustátí první čtvrtiny 17. století. Nedílnou součástí příspěvku je představení nepříliš známé osobnosti prostředníka jednání Martin Fruweina z Podolí, který se později významnou měrou podílel na stavovském povstání. Výsledky samotného bádání jsou doplněny ukázkami dochovaných pramenů.

Abstract (in English)

This paper is dedicated to the efforts of Karl of Liechtenstein to gain dominion of Pardubice. It is seemingly regional affair from years 1608-1614, but whole affair is tightly connected to the most important political events of the first quarter of 17th century in Habsburg monarchy. Integral part of this paper is presentation of nowadays barely known person Martin Fruwein of Podolí, mediator of this affair. He was later one of the most important leaders of the bohemian estates uprising. Research results are supplemented by presentation of remained archival sources.
