Abstract

Hypercholesterolemie a některé transitní kovy mají klíčový význam v etiopatogenezi aterosklerózy a ischemické choroby srdeční. Z výsledků vyplývá význam diagnostické, terapeutické kontroly hladiny nejen rizikových faktorů aterosklerózy, ale i ferritinemie a peroxidace lipidů.

Hypercholesterolemie a některé transitní kovy mají klíčový význam v etiopatogenezi aterosklerózy a ischemické choroby srdeční. Z výsledků vyplývá význam diagnostické, terapeutické kontroly hladiny nejen rizikových faktorů aterosklerózy, ale i ferritinemie a peroxidace lipidů.

Abstract (in English)

Both hypercholesterolemia and presence of transition metals are of key importance in the ethiopathogenesis of atherosclerosis and ischemic disease. The results shows that diagnostic, therapeutic assement of levels of ferritin and lipid peroxidation.
